Seton State Science

   Several Seton students comptedted in the State Schience and Technology Fair held in Ames, Iowa on March 28^th and 29^th. Earning awards for their projects were 7^th grade students Melissa Kellner and Samantha Kollasch. Melissa placed 4^th with her project on antacids and is the daughter of Dean and Liz Kellner. Samantha earned an 11^th place finish with her project on the strength of zip lock bags. She is the daughter of Mark and Denise Kollasch.

   8^th graders earning awards were Mallory Bormann and Abby Hanna. Mallory placed 5^th with her research on the absorbency of different types of animal bedding. She is the daughter of Kevin and Renee Bormann. Abby placed 12^th in her division with a project on the effectiveness of hand cleaners and sanitizers. She is the daughter of Chris and Cyndi Hanna.
